Happy 50th Birthday, Mom!

It’s a special day for my Family and I as we celebrate the 50th Birthday of a very special woman.

My BEAUTIFUL mom, Mrs. Robin J Robinson.

Words can’t explain how much I miss you and the moments that we had. I know you are looking down on us with a big smile on your face. I appreciate everything you sacrificed for us and you will forever have my heart for that.

I truly believe that we will be reunited not only with you and our other loved ones, but also with the people of God from all ages. In heaven we will all be one loving family and our eternity will be spent in just that kind of rich, unending fellowship.

You are so loved by all of us and we are very thankful for having you into our lives. Not a day will pass by that I  will not think of you. I  Love You Mom!

Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” ~ John 14:1-3

I’m Free

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free
I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call,
I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I found that place at the close of day.

If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah yes, these things, I too, will miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life’s been full, I savored much,
Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.

Today you will be with me in paradise” ~ Luke 23:43
