Believe in God. Believing in God gives you a foundation that is based in goodness.

Treat women with respect. Our family chooses to create a world in our home where we are true gentleman.

Take care of yourself. Be kind, respectful, and loving to yourself no matter what.

Have fun. Laugh at yourself when you make mistakes. Don’t worry about things you cannot control.

Make friends. You will always have your family, but friends are the family you choose.

Work hard. Confidence and a feeling of self worth are earned from the work you put in.

Play hard. It’s good to be competitive and to want to win. Just make sure that if and when you lose, you lose with dignity.

Learn to fix things. The world needs more fixers, people who aren’t afraid to brainstorm and come up with a solution.

Live your own dreams. Figure out what makes you happy and pursue it.

Don’t be afraid to take risks. Take big, bold risks! You can accomplish great things by taking risks.

Thank you for our children. They bless us in ways that our hearts know but our heads can’t make sense of. The forgiving grace in our hearts for our children is only a thread of the love You have for us… and them. Help us to remember that You loved our babies before we did and infinitely more than we do. We can trust You with their lives, and ask the strength of Your Holy Spirit to help us lead them to Your loving arms. (psalm 127:3-5; Genesis 33:5; Psalm 8:2; Deuteronomy 6:7)
